Important information

- Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, check-out from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
- Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. An earlier breakfast is possible if arranged individually.
- Reception operates during hours adjusted to guests' needs. For arrival outside check-in hours, please contact us: +48 509 399 939.
- No smoking in the rooms or indoors. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
- The property is not adapted for pets.
- Organising events and parties is not allowed.
Rules of stay
- At check-in, the guest is required to present a photo identity document. In the event of refusal, the receptionist may refuse to hand over the key.
- Starting the stay and paying the deposit are equivalent to accepting these house rules.
- The room is rented per night. The hotel day runs from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival to 11:30 AM the next day.
- If the guest does not specify the length of stay, one night is assumed.
- A wish to extend the stay should be reported at reception by 9:00 AM on the day the rental ends. The Villa will accommodate the request where possible.
- Staying in the room after 11:30 AM is treated as an extension of the stay and may involve a charge for another night.
- The guest may not pass the room on to other people, even if the paid night has not yet ended.
- People who are not checked in may stay in the room between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM.
- Children under 13 must remain under the care of adults. Guardians are responsible for any damage caused by children.
- Breaking the no-smoking rule involves covering the cost of deodorising the room, amounting to 1,100 zloty.
- Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- The guest bears financial responsibility for damage to the furnishings caused through their fault or that of their visitors.
- For fire-safety reasons, the use of personal heaters, irons and similar devices is forbidden. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audio-video and computer equipment.
- Walking around the property in ski boots and bringing ski equipment beyond the ski room are forbidden.
- Items left behind by a guest will be kept for 3 months and then donated to charity.
Withdrawal from the contract
The customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract for the hotel service, in accordance with Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act.
Cancellation of a reservation
To cancel or change a reservation, please contact reception: +48 509 399 939 or [email protected]. To make a reservation, a deposit of 50 percent of the value of the stay is required, within 3 days of the reservation date or by an individually agreed date. In the event of cancellation after payment or a no-show on the day of arrival, the deposit is not refunded.
Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to [email protected] or in writing to the service provider's address, no later than within 7 days of the cause arising. A complaint should contain a short description of the problem, the date and time it occurred and the customer's details. We handle complaints within up to 30 days.
